A vendor market, not a craft fair and not a flea market. Everything in the room is somebody's business.

Something to eat while you walk the rooms, from people who cook for a living rather than a stall that turns up anywhere.
The people behind it
Every booth is a small business owner standing in it. That is the whole point — you buy from them, not from a shelf.
Vendors
Booths are sold by room, and every vendor is approved before they book — so the mix in each room is right and nobody turns up to find four stalls selling the same thing.
